Great location, close to everything! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen that was fantastic. We were able to easily walk to all the attractions in the area. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the apartment, it was spotless when we arrived. We were impressed with the size of the apartment as well, it felt like we had multiple apartments to ourselves!
The internet was down and the app for the apartment was not working, making it impossible to check-in online. The communication with the manager was frustrating and it took several phone calls to finally arrange a meeting at the front door of the apartment.

I had a fantastic experience staying at a unique and beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. The apartment was spacious and clean, with modern amenities and lovely decor. The three bathrooms and three bedrooms were perfect for our family of seven, and we were provided with plenty of towels and blankets. The location was excellent, just steps away from the Duomo, as well as charming cafes and restaurants. The staff was also very helpful throughout our stay.
